Well I have 3,992 deviations to look through and 153 messages as well(mostly journals) But guessing since majority of people I watch and people I know on the internet and in real life might have forgotten of me and moved on with there lives. Which is good cause I want the best for them. I've been busy with school since I started earlier then I expected and running for another round next semester. It's been nice since I'm going for a certificate as a Personal Trainer and have the opportunity to help others. Plus, I enjoy working out at is it and results have been great so cool beans haha ^__^. As for life I'm only able to have time to go to work right after school and maybe have some time to see my girlfriend if I don't have to study. With this little break though I'll be sure to relax a bit but just until I have to go to work back to back >:

Aside from the funny humor of the title this post kinda makes me sad.I don't like to post when ever I'm in need cause I feel I should be able to take care of things or be able to take care of things if one way goes from bad to worse. But in any case I do apologize for some who get tired of seeing this message but it's very important to not only me but also my friend/roommate as well since we're going to school and also attending jobs which pays just barely our portions of rent. What had happen with the roommate we had in just a month left in that same month and is leaving us to debts that the others have used and not payed up for. So me and him are trying our best but it would really benefit us to have another roommate.

I have a house and need one tenant.

My name is Kem, I'm a greenville tech student,in school to become a personal trainer and a publix deli associate.
My hobbies are working out, martial arts, Xbox 360, drawing and art,
anime, and playing guitar(poorly as it sounds but never disturbing anyone though).

My house is two stories, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The bedrooms are on
the top story along with the laundry room. and two bathrooms. Down
stairs is a living room, dining room, den, breakfast area, kitchen and
half bathroom. There is a small front porch and a back patio, nice
medium sized back yard that is fenced in. It also has a grill and
storage shed. There's lots of closet space. There is also a single car
garage which has been converted into a gym. It is fully furnished (washer
and dryer,fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ect.) with table and
couches. I am looking for someone to rent one of the two extra bedrooms
I have. My current tenant is moving out.

Rent is between 400-425 a month. It includes ALL UTILITIES. Yes that means water,
heat, electricty, sewage, cable, internet, and phone. So 400 if the utilities are low (such as in spring) and 425
if high (such as in winter, high heating cost).

It is right off of wade hampton before the Petsmart in a nice neighborhood.

There is no deposit required. Just pay the first rent and your in.

Looking for people who can come in as soon as possible, at the latest in January. Who are interested in a six month or 1 year lease. Basically telling us in advance that your leaving so we can be prepared.

My other roommate is Shawn, he is a Greenville tech student. He works at greenville
memorial hospital as a PCT and at Embassy suites as a waiter. His
hobbies include working out, martial arts, xbox360, board games,
watching movies with friends and reading for vast knowledge.

I'm 23 and he is 22 and just normal college students looking for someone who is
fun, honest, and dependable to share a good living environment with.
